I have worked on several promotional pieces for various clients, including brochures, handouts and other promotional items. Below are a few of those items.

I lead in the development and collaborated with an agency to complete the first brochure – shown front/back and inside. This was the first Hyatt Gold Passport brochure to be distributed internationally and was translated into eight languages.

I worked with an agency to develop all hotel-specific brochures for Hyatt. Below is an example of a hotel brochure.

These were promotional certificates that I designed for Hyatt for in-hotel use.

I designed a new logo, in collaboration with the firm, and everything else that comes with it. New identity materials – business cards, letterhead, envelopes and construction signs; new marketing materials including brochures and the format of proposals; and the biggest of them all, a new website. The logo design process involved the analysis of the competition’s logos, several design drafts, analysis of colors and fonts, and then several rounds of tweaking. The final design was one that has structure and balance as in all great architecture, with a bright green color to reflect the firm’s emphasis on environmental design.

Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture is a 25-person architectural and interior design firm in Omaha, Nebraska. They have extensive experience in historic renovation and environmentally sensitive design.

I lead in the development of HyattBrandManager.com, a global database that gives hotels access to logos and property images and the ability to design hotel specific ads. It was a huge project that involved cooperation from hotels and collaborating with several agencies.

Signage and Displays

I have designed various indoor and outdoor signs and displays, including construction site signs and trade show displays. I worked on these etched, glass displays that were hung in Heitman’s booth at a real estate trade show in France.

Heitman is a multi-national real estate investment management firm with approximately $22 billion in assets under management. Heitman is headquartered in Chicago with eight other offices worldwide.

Direct Mail

I have designed and overseen the development of direct mail pieces for clients such as Hyatt Hotels and Mortgage Pledge. Here are a few samples.

The following direct mail pieces for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts were hotel-specific Gold Passport promotions that targeted previous guests of the hotel or hotels in the area.

The purpose of this postcard mailing was to promote and build awareness of Mortgage Pledge.

Mortgage Pledge is a network of real estate professionals that give back to their client’s charities of choice during the real estate transaction to enhance their community and their businesses.

I have designed, assisted with and consulted on several different websites. One project was the redesign of the website for Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture. The new site showcases their projects with large images, more so than the old site, and provides an in-depth look into the firm, staff and its capabilities.
